Visitors to Nursing Homes/
Sick at Home/Care Team:
Visitors to Nursing Homes and Visitors to Sick at Home take communion to parishioners who are unable to attend Mass and visit socially with parishioners.
Our Care Team provides support to parishioners who are ill or are incapacitated. Support may include prayers, meals, transportation, nursing care and/or liaison with the health care system. Requests for visits to the sick in hospital should be direct to the Parish Office
Transportation Ministry
The transportation ministry provides parishioners who no longer are able to attend Mass due to a lack of transportation an opportujnity to re-join the church community by having fellow parishioners provide rides to and from church.
Anawim Aunts
The Anawim Aunts provide support and useful personal care kits containining tooth paste, deodorant, disposable razors etc to the people at Anawim House.
